Calcium powder, wood powder and other raw materials are blended in specific proportions, thoroughly mixed using stirring equipment to form a uniform mixture.

The mixture is fed into the extruder, where it is heated to high temperatures until molten. It is then extruded through a mould to form the initial blank for the wall panel.

The extruded blank undergoes curing or treatment to solidify and set, forming a wall panel substrate with fundamental strength and shape.

Using specialised equipment, cut grooves at specific locations on the substrate to facilitate subsequent installation and joining.

Select the film type according to customer requirements, such as high-gloss film, matt film, or textured film. Trim it to match the dimensions of the wall panels, allowing for edge allowance (typically 1-2cm extra for trimming). Apply the film using a laminating machine.

Standardised packaging with multi-layered protection, utilising specialised materials. Following quality inspection approval, products are labelled in accordance with regulations to ensure integrity during transit.
