Durable and long-lasting WPC wall panels are an innovative, environmentally friendly composite material manufactured using a high-temperature hot-pressing process. Based on natural calcium powder and wood flour, they combine environmental friendliness, fire retardancy, moisture and mildew resistance, high stability, and sound insulation and noise reduction.
Using a formaldehyde - free formula, with a formaldehyde emission of ≤0.025mg/m³ (ENF level) and are certified by the China Environmental Labeling Product Certification, ensuring indoor air quality. Tested by the National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, they achieve a B1 fire rating (flame retardant), resisting the spread of open flames and self-extinguishing upon removal.
This wall panel offers excellent moisture and mildew resistance, maintaining its shape even after prolonged immersion in water. Its antibacterial formula effectively inhibits mold growth, making it suitable for use in high-humidity environments. Its density reaches 1g/cm³, significantly higher than conventional wall coverings, providing the product with greater structural stability and impact resistance. Its high-density, solid structure also provides significant sound insulation and noise reduction.
