600-hole panels are made from wood-plastic composite materials (WPC) using a high-temperature hot-pressing process. They combine decorative and functional features, offering environmental safety, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and stability.
·Environmental safety: No formaldehyde added, meeting ENf-grade environmental standards, ensuring ready-to-move-in ready design.
·Sound insulation: The porous structure absorbs sound waves, achieving a sound insulation of up to 32dB. The air layer within the hollow structure forms a static air barrier, effectively preventing heat transfer.
·Fire resistance: With a B1 fire rating, it remains flame-resistant, ensuring a safer home.
·Moisture resistance: The WPC base is moisture-resistant and mildew-resistant, ensuring moisture-proof performance even when the wall is damp.
·Stability: The regular cavities create a support system. When subjected to external forces, stress is transferred through the pore walls, preventing concentrated stress at a single point, resulting in stability and strength.
·Industrial applications: Government agencies, schools, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, etc.
·Home applications: Living rooms, bedrooms, and study rooms.
